HOW
DO I RESERVE A CORPORATE APARTMENT?
Thank
you for choosing Temporary Housing Unlimited for your
temporary housing needs. Our staff will be happy to
assist you with choosing the best location for you or
your client.
To
begin the process, we ask that you fill out and submit
the Inquiry Request
form. Once you have submitted your request, a sales
representative will contact you by email or phone to
discuss our availability. For some location request,
our staff may need to research to find accommodations
that best meets your request.
After
the accommodations have been verbally agreed upon, we
will send you your Reservation Agreement and application
forms. These forms will need to be filled out in its
entirety. Once you have been approved, and payment received,
we will forward your move in instructions.
Congratulations!
You now have your home away from home.
I
wanted to take a moment to explain some of the paperwork.
Please note that a credit card must be provided but
you can pay by check if you wish, just be sure to let
us know that this will be a check payment each month.
We require a major credit card in place of a security
deposit. Please read over the paperwork; initial
& sign the requested areas. Note the Utility
Allowances listed on the lease and know that any overages
of these allowances will be billed accordingly.
Maintenance issues should be reported to Temporary Housing
Unlimited and not the apartment community. Your
lease is with Temporary Housing Unlimited, not the apartment
community. Also the Intent-to-Vacate
has to be received by Temporary Housing Unlimited 30
days prior to moving out regardless of your lease ending
date. It is strongly recommended that you get
a confirmation from Temporary Housing Unlimited that
we received your Intent to Vacate notice because you
will be held liable for us receiving the 30 day notice.
We
must receive your paperwork in our office within 24
hours. If you cannot possibly get this back in
24 hours, please contact me and state a time frame that
you would be able to get the paperwork into our office.
To
ensure accuracy please read the following information:
1. This Reservation Agreement Contract is void if modifications
are made.
Please contact Temporary Housing
Unlimited if any changes are needed.
2. Print and Sign your name on the lines provided at
the bottom of the Reservation Agreement.
3. Credit card information MUST be provided to cover
any overages or incidental
charges incurred during your stay.
Major credit cards ONLY. No debit
cards accepted.
4. If your reservation is not being directly invoiced
to your company, your credit card
will be charged upon receiving the
signed documents.
5.
CHECK IN TIME is 4 PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 12
Noon. Check Out days can only be on
Mondays through
Fridays. Weekend move-outs will be billed through the
following
Monday.
6. You are required to provide a 30-day written notice
to Temporary Housing Unlimited. After the
original notice, you may extend in
(14) fourteen day increments. Extensions less than 14
days will
be billed at the higher daily rate.
The higher daily rate is the rate charged for less
than 30 day stays.
7.
To reserve an apartment more than 2 weeks
in advance, a reservation fee of ½ monthly rental
rate will be
charged. This amount will be
applied to the first months rent. If you should
cancel your reservation you will
forfeit your fee.
8.
A MOVE OUT INSPECTION IS REQUIRED.
Please contact Temporary Housing at least 5 days
before your move out
to schedule a walk through inspection with one of our
representatives.
